How to adjust to a new place?

Days are passing by. We are in Tarsus now, with mother in law. In this city I get to realize some facts. For example that each city has its own unique soul. The way people talk, eat, dress, rest, etc. everything is different in a way. Maybe those differences are not significant but bits and pieces make a lot in sum. That is interesting to feel like "an English man in New York" in a town of my own country when we are planning to move to another country. It might be more difficult than I think to adapt Mandurah however I will always remember what my sister advised me. Don't feel like a foreigner, this WORLD is our habitat, people survive where their basic needs are met and you will find food and drink water there, too. So no worries. Think simple, live simple and feel at home. Everything is about the way I think. I am not going to sit and watch Australian people live there;I am going to try to be a part of the life going on there. I have to do that. Also I found some brilliant web sites, I will feed myself emotionally and sipiritually. Www.Dreamersbehinddesks.com is one of them. This proverb summarizes my words today:
“We are all visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through. Our purpose here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love, and then we return home.”
~ Australian Aboriginal Proverb~
